Our game masters are from all over the world and speak multiple languages. Let us know your preferred language, and we’ll arrange the event accordingly.
How much time should we plan for the event?
We offer games with runtimes ranging from 40 minutes (e.g., Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes) to 90 minutes (e.g., SeaBreeze).
How can I book a virtual team-building event?
Can I change the number of people attending the event after making a booking?
Yes! Let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate additional team members.
When do I pay?

What are the cancellation terms for an event?
You can cancel for free up to 3 days before the event. Cancellations made after that may incur a fee.
If my event involves teams, how are those teams created?
For larger groups, we will divide participants into smaller teams and multiple sessions to ensure everyone has a fun and engaging experience. If you prefer, you can provide pre-assigned teams in advance.
I need to reschedule my event.
No problem! Please inform your contact person or reach out to us via our contact form. We kindly ask that you reschedule a few days in advance to help us make the necessary arrangements.
How good should my connection be?
You’ll need a stable internet connection. If you can stream Netflix or YouTube without issues, your connection should be sufficient.
