Game Overview
It is almost time to open the presents, but a terrible realization hits. Santa has forgotten a few precious gifts for your co workers and the magic of Christmas is fading.
Your team is transported into a warm, candlelit study, complete with crackling fireplace, decorated tree and an old rotary phone on the desk. Somewhere in this room is Santa’s Secret Phone Number.
To find it, you inspect every detail, connect clues, crack codes and share information across the team. Everyone sees different pieces of the puzzle, so clear communication matters more than niche knowledge.
If you uncover the number in time, you make the call, Santa rushes the missing presents to your office and Christmas is saved. It is a relaxed and playful way to close the year and include remote colleagues in a shared festive experience.
Post Game Insights
The Lost Presents gives your team a low pressure setting to see how they communicate, share information and solve problems together.
Hosted sessions can include an AI powered post game report that highlights:

How It Works
Join the Session
One of our game masters welcomes your team on Google Meet, Zoom or Teams, sets the scene and explains your mission to find Santa’s Secret Phone Number and save the missing presents.
Enter the Game
The game master launches the experience and shares a unique game link in the chat. Each player joins from their own device, chooses a username and creates a custom avatar.
Solve the Puzzles
You explore the cosy Christmas study and additional rooms, face timed challenges and share what you see on screen. Progress depends on teamwork, problem solving and clear communication to uncover clues and connect information.
Wrap Up
After the game finishes, the game master wraps up the story and closes the session in the video meeting. For teams that choose the insight package, each player receives a link to the post game report with key events and team statistics.
